Ottawa, Ontario – June 23, 2021 – 4-H youth members across the country now have access to a new mental health activity kit called Unbox Your Mind as part of 4-H’s broader Healthy Living Initiative. This resource will empower youth to get to know themselves better and find mental health practices and solutions that best fit their unique mental health needs.

Abbotsford/Vernon, BC – June 2, 2021 – Attention all young cooks! 4-H British Columbia (4-H BC), BC Agriculture in the Classroom Foundation (BCAITC), and the BC Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Fisheries are pleased to announce the launch of the second annual Field to Fork Challenge! BC youth are invited to enter the Challenge and submit BC grown recipes and cooking videos for a chance to win cash prizes totalling $6,400!
