Hello 4-H Leaders!

We have been working hard at finalizing details for this year’s virtual competition. We are pleased to say, thanks to the generosity of several sponsors (please check out the prize book to see who they are!) every class will have prize money of $50 for 1st place, and $25 for 2nd place (for both Juniors and Seniors!). Attached is the mini prize book for our 2020 PNE 4-H Festival Virtual Showmanship Competition, as well as the excel entry form that goes with it.  In the prize book you will find general rules and guidelines, a list of our amazing sponsors, as well as project specific video specifications.

In  order to best suit the special circumstances of 2020, we will be accepting entries directly from members this year. Leaders – please feel free to forward this information, with attachments, on to your members / members’ parents or guardians.

Members:

Please fill out the Virtual Entry Form (excel spreadsheet) first, and email it in to cchevalier@pne.ca. Within 24 hours of submitting your entry form, you will receive an email confirmation back (please check your spam folder!) with a special URL link to Google Drive, where you can upload your finished video for the competition.

Video submissions are due in by Wednesday, August 12th at 11:59pm. All winners will be announced during our 2020 PNE Drive Thru Fair (taking place August 21st – 30th).

We are SO excited to see members show this year, even if it is just virtually!
