2021 Provincial 4-H Judging Rally Results
Last month, members from across the province were selected from their 4-H District to participate in 4-H BC’s first online Provincial Judging Rally.
Participants were tasked with judging five classes, which included the topics beef, horse, dairy goat, foods, and safety. The entire competition was held online using 4-H BC’s newly developed virtual judging platform. After watching a short preamble to begin each class, participants were given 25 minutes to assess a series of photos and videos, and submit written reasons using a digital judging card, to complete the class. Members were provided with one week to complete all five judging classes.
60 4-H members participated in the Junior and Senior competition categories. Prizes were awarded to the top placing member in each class. Additionally, the top three high aggregates were recognized in both age categories.
