Provincial Club Week (PCW)
PCW is a unique, six-day experience for senior members to meet other 4-H’ers from around the province, explore personal values, interpersonal skills, and have fun!
Members work both in small groups and with the entire delegation to build trust and cooperation, as well as to discuss concerns and issues that are important to them as young people including: effective communication, value and belief systems, self-discovery and self-awareness, relationships, intimacy, gender differences/similarities, sexuality, and conflict management. Participants have an active role in camp organization as members of different Committees. Delegates for 4-H British Columbia Travel Opportunities are chosen from PCW participants.
PCW is offered in even years (2010, 2012, 2014 etc.) alternating with Agri-Career Quest.
