Clothing

Clothing projects help 4-H members select clothing that is appropriate, healthful and economical. They gain knowledge of fabrics, their use and care, and learn sewing skills. Colour and design as well as appearance and grooming are also part of the project. Depending on age and experience of members, they may take a number of units in the sewing project, from a very simple kitchen or shop apron for beginners to a skirt and top to a graduation dress or suit for more experienced members.

This project is suitable for both boys and girls.
