Virtual Leader Training - Project Teaching

This interactive session will help 4-H leaders build confidence and skills to guide youth through hands-on project learning. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for planning, teaching, and evaluating 4-H projects while keeping meetings engaging and meaningful. By the end of the session, you will:

  • Understand the role of the 4-H Project Leader

  • Learn how to teach and evaluate 4-H record keeping skills

  • Plan an effective project meeting

  • Teach 4-H project skills using a variety of exercises

  • Consider plans for a 4-H club Achievement Day
