Full Enrolment System Reset

Full Enrolment System Reset — September 30, 2026

The 2026 Enrolment System will reset on September 30 to allow us to prepare the system for 2027 Enrolment. At the time of the reset:

ALL ‘in-progress’ 2026 Member, Leader, and Screened Volunteer enrolment forms will be removed from the system, and these applicants will NOT be saved as being registered as a 2026 4-H Member, Leader, or Screened Volunteer. When an ‘in-progress’ New Leader or New Screened Volunteer application is removed, all completed reference check forms and interview forms attached to the application will be wiped from the system and will need to be completed again during 2027 enrolment.

If you are a Leader who approves applications in Laserfiche, please take a moment to login to your account to check if you have forms assigned to you. Please complete them before the system reset.

For questions regarding ‘in-progress’ Leader & Screened Volunteer applications, contact Diana Williamson at volunteersupport@4hbc.ca.

For questions regarding ‘in-progress’ Member applications, contact Elaine Freirichs at admin@4hbc.ca.
