Report an Incident
4-H considers the safety and well-being of 4-H youth members its top priority. The Youth Safety Reporting System for 4-H in Canada enables leaders, volunteers, and staff to conveniently submit Activity Pland and Incident Report forms directly to 4-H BC. The secure system can be accessed from a computer or mobile device without the need for an account.
Activity Plan
Staff and trained leaders are responsible for completing an activity plan for events and programs that involve any of the following:
Multiple clubs, or regional or provincial events;
Transportation and/or accommodations organized by 4-H;
Third-party service providers that require a waiver (e.g., archery, shooting range, trampoline parks, etc.);
High-risk activities that fall outside the scope of the usual 4-H project (e.g., a cooking club participating in a trail ride, whereas an equestrian club would be developing the required riding skills).
