We are Hiring - Volunteer Support Coordinator!
The Volunteer Support Coordinator plays a key role in empowering 4-H BC’s network of Leaders and volunteers. This position supports every stage of the volunteer journey—from recruitment and onboarding to training, engagement, and retention—ensuring volunteers feel confident, connected, and set up for success.
This role champions youth safety, provides hands-on support to clubs and regional councils, and helps new clubs grow and thrive. It also collaborates across the organization to streamline processes, strengthen programs, and create a positive, supportive experience for volunteers at every level.
Driven by a commitment to community, organization, and meaningful impact, this role focuses on building strong connections and supporting the continued growth and success of 4-H BC.
