In this 4–6-month project youth age 13+ will develop their leadership abilities. Junior leaders share responsibilities with an adult leader in leading teaching activities or organizing events for their 4-H club. Typical junior leader projects may focus on topics such as delivering cloverbud projects, teaching communications activities, demonstrating project skills, or planning special events such as an exchange. Members must develop a project plan and have their project approved before they begin.
