4-H BC Foundation
An Opportunity to give back to 4-H BC
Established in 1979, the 4-H BC Foundation is a non‑profit organization that enables individuals, 4‑H alumni, organizations, and companies to financially support 4‑H British Columbia, strengthening and sustaining its programs across the province.
When you donate to 4-H BC Foundation, you are not only making a contribution to one of the longest-standing positive youth development organizations in the world, you are supporting a registered charity with comprehensive programming that gives kids an opportunity to become the engaged, resilient, leaders of tomorrow.
You are investing in Youth. You are investing in the grassroots. You are investing in opportunity.
You are investing in the Future.
What does the 4-H BC Foundation do?

4-H BC Foundation Board Member
The 4‑H BC Foundation is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic individuals with experience in agriculture, youth development, or finance to join our Board of Trustees and help secure and grow the financial resources that ensure 4‑H’s long‑term impact in British Columbia. Trustees contribute to financial management and legacy planning, monitor investments and recommend strategies for growth, engage with major donors to promote legacy giving, and help develop major gift and endowment initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring financial expertise or donor‑relationship experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for youth development and agricultural sustainability; 4‑H or board experience is beneficial but not required. If you’re inspired to help shape the future of 4‑H in BC, we would love to hear from you.
