This session will highlight the importance of safety in 4-H programming. Leaders will learn how to describe the 4-H Farm and Home Safety Program and teach associated skills. By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Explain how safety awareness and education are integrated across all levels of 4-H

• Access 4-H BC safety initiatives and related resources

• Understand the 4-H Safety Awards Program

• Use new safety activities in your 4-H club
