Starting a New Club?

New Club Applications will begin being accepted Dec 1, 2026, using the application form available at www.4hbc.ca/leader-enrollment. New 4-H BC Clubs must have 2 Approved Leaders in place BEFORE applying to open a New Club.

Interested individuals may apply to become a 4-H BC Leader as early as Nov 1, 2026, and must reach out to Shauna-Lee Hildred to obtain instructions on how to apply.

New Leader Enrolment

  • Step 1 | Check in with your 'A' Leader

    The 'A' Leader of the 4-H Club you are applying to must be spoken with before submitting your Leader application. Check out ‘Find a Club’ to find the club closest to you! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the 4-H BC Office.

  • Step 2 | Get Ready

    Get ready to register for a great 4-H BC year, prior to registration please review the FAQ and How to Register Guide. If you have any additional questions prior to registration, reach out to the 4-H BC Office or the Key Leader in your District for more information.

  • Step 3 | Register

    Ready to register! Click the “Enroll Today”button below to begin registration. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to complete the registration and as always reach out to the 4-H BC Office by Phone or Email if you need support!

Help! I’m Getting an Error

Some users are encountering the error (Error: your connection is not private) when attempting to access the registration portal. To resolve this issue, please clear your browser cache and cookies, then completely close and re-open your browser before trying to log in again.

Instructions (Below):

  • Google Chrome

    1. Open Chrome.

    2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

    3. Select Settings.

    4. Click Privacy and Security.

    5. Select Delete browsing data.

    6. Check Cookies and other site data.

    7. Choose a Time range:

      • Last hour

      • Last 24 hours

      • Last 7 days

      • Last 4 weeks

      • All time

    8. Click Delete data.

    After Clearing Cookies

    • Close all browser windows.

    • Reopen the browser.

    • Sign back into any websites that require login.

    • Retry the website or application you were having issues with.

  • Mozilla Firefox

    1. Open Firefox.

    2. Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.

    3. Select Settings.

    4. Click Privacy & Security.

    5. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.

    6. Check Cookies and Site Data.

    7. Click Clear.

    After Clearing Cookies

    • Close all browser windows.

    • Reopen the browser.

    • Sign back into any websites that require login.

    • Retry the website or application you were having issues with.

  • Microsoft Edge

    1. Open Edge.

    2. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.

    3. Select Settings.

    4. Click Privacy, Search, and Services.

    5. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

    6. Check Cookies and other site data.

    7. Select the desired Time range.

    8. Click Clear now.

    After Clearing Cookies

    • Close all browser windows.

    • Reopen the browser.

    • Sign back into any websites that require login.

    • Retry the website or application you were having issues with.

  • Safari (Mac)

    1. Open Safari.

    2. Click Safari in the menu bar and select Settings (or Preferences on older versions).

    3. Click the Privacy tab.

    4. Select Manage Website Data.

    5. Click Remove All to clear cookies and website data.

    6. Click Remove Now to confirm.

    7. Close and reopen Safari before trying again.
