We are pleased to welcome Shauna-Lee Hildred as the new Executive Director of 4-H BC. 

Shauna-Lee brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in operations, program development, and community building. Most recently with the Students’ Union Okanagan of UBC, she led successful initiatives that strengthened services, built meaningful partnerships, and expanded community impact. Her background also includes senior leadership roles in agricultural retail and large-scale operations management, giving her a strong understanding of the communities 4-H serves and the values at its foundation. 

She is deeply passionate about supporting young people, fostering leadership development, and building programs that empower youth to thrive. 

We are excited for the energy, experience, and vision Shauna-Lee brings to 4-H BC and look forward to the next chapter under her leadership. Please join us in warmly welcoming Shauna-Lee to the 4-H Canada community.
